Shipping charges vary depending upon weight of the packages and location of parts. Prices shown on web site are approximate prices based on one or two memory modules. 4. Special handling charges may apply to some of our advertised specials. 6. RMA number should be obtained within 7 days from the date of delivery for all returns. 7. Returned or refused or canceled orders and sealed and retail boxed products opened are subject to 15% restocking fee. Customer will pay shipping both sides. Any damaged merchandise due to shipping will be claimed from respective shipping carriers. All returned merchandise is sent to manufacturers to ensure it has not been tampered by carriers or customers before the credit is processed. Credit to customer will be issued only after the claim is processed. All claims have to be filed in our district. Please follow the procedure below for returning all defective, disputed or wrongly ordered products. 1. Obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by e-mailing to ksm@spaceagemall.com or by calling (714)985-1552 2. Pack all documentation and merchandise carefully in original packing including the letter describing the problem. 3. Write the RMA # in bold letters on the box above the 'From Address'. 4.
